As a last resort we now switch to the external ftp command 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\ftp.EXE'
to get 'C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\mm\Lokale Einstellungen\Anwendungsdaten\.cpan\sources\authors\01mailrc.txt.gz.tmp720'.
