Habe es gerade erneut hochgeladen, sollte also bald im CPAN verfügbar sein, allerdings habe ich von PAUSE folgende Meldung bekommen:
Daraus schließe ich, dass das Problem weiterhin besteht, allerdings habe ich es diesmal mit nmake tardist gepackt.
