Und wie filterst Du selbst Spam?
Wenn nicht schon geschehen, würde ich Dir raten, einen Filter wie spamassassin für Dich selbst zu installieren. Wenn Du dann so eine Mail an Dich selbst schickst, dann siehst Du im Header alle Punkte, die für spamassassin spamverdächtig aussehen, mit Erklärungen dabei, so wie in diesem Beispiel:
