allright, I git it
I uses as I said x32 Perl for my x32 Eclipse on my x64 Windows.
It seems that windows counts and eclipse doesnt matters. So I need to use x64 Perl and it worked with it.
I think its because of the locale, Perl need to get it from Windows? (as I think) and so it needs to be the same platform as the windows.
