Vorab: Ich habe keine wirkliche Erfahrungen mit Image::Magick auf Windows.

Hast Du denn schon die ersten Hinweise bei der Installation beachtet?
Sind die Image-Magick-Binaries bereits installiert (Punkt 1)? Sind sie in der richtigen Version installiert ( Punkt 2)?
