Hallo,

ich wollte gerade von CGI::Application 4.10 auf 4.31 updaten (Perl 5.8.6)

Nach "make" (ebenso nach "make install") erhalte ich aber folgende Ausgabe

Was will mir diese (Do 'Build Build' instead) sagen? Was soll ich anders machen?

  machst du das von hand?
  benutze am besten CPAN; wenn das modul Build.PL benutzt, wird CPAN auch das aufrufen statt make (obwohl ein modul natürlich immer auch mit der make-variante installierbar sein sollte).
  
  bei mir funktioniert ein make übrigens, ausgabe:

  stellt sich die frage:
  welche versionen von ExtUtils::MakeMaker und Module::Build hast du?
  ich hab 6.42 und 0.280801

      du kannst trotzdem CPAN benutzen. tar.gz auspacken, ins verzeichnis gehen und "cpan ." eingeben.
      
      meine fragen von eben bleiben aber.

        ... ich hab die zwei nun auf den aktuellsten Stand gebracht und dann die manuelle Variante aus den FAQ gewählt. Nun passt's. danke
