Hab mal gerade neuste AP version installiert und war nach der eingabe von cpan ganz überrascht:

auch wenn es das jetzt nicht wirklich gebraucht hätte.

    leider hat mein update folgenden bug nicht fixen können

  Da hat sich AS einen Bock geschossen. Ungefragt auch noch mingw zu holen. :(
  Das Paket ist außerdem nichtfunktionabel.
  Ich bekomme mit dem herunter geladenene MingW über cpan noch nicht mal sowas einfaches wie Text::CSV_XS kompiliert.
