beim Hochlanden eines Moduls auf github habe ich diese Fehlermeldung bekommen:

  Oh, ich kenne mich nicht aus, aber das sieht eher nach dem make aus continuous integration (CI) workflows von Github aus:

    Vielen Dank. Habe die Datei entfernt. Wenn ich mich jetzt richtig erinnere, dann ist das alles nicht mehr funktionierend.
