ich hab von postfix kA, halte von postfix nix und kann dir insofern nicht helfen.
rejected er die mails gleich komplett oder speichert er sie irgendwo? versuch doch mal, dir selbst eine mail zu schicken.
seit wann ist das problem vorhanden? was hast du vorher gemacht?

das problem besteht seitdem ich gerade den virtual host im apache eingerichtet habe. Ich hab mich gewundert, warum ich keine mails bekomme, weil ich erwarte extrem wichtige, und als ich in die log gucke sehe ich, dass die alle abgelehnt werden!!!
wenn ich mir selbst eine Mail schicke von meinem GMX-Account, dann erhalte ich sekunden später eine antwort von meinem postfix zuhause, der mir sagt: Recipient address rejected: Relay access denied;

von meinem Postfix kann ich aber problemlos mails verschicken. Nur empfangen tut er nicht.

Ich hab zwar auch keine Ahnung von PostFix (verwende qmail), aber vielleicht machst Du mal aus

die konfiguration von apache hat eher nichts mit postfix zu tun.
aber ähm, hattest du nicht irgendwas an systemdateien wie hosts und co rumgespielt, als der vhost nicht lief?

das sollte dir doch dann ziemlich genau sagen, was los ist. er sucht nach linux.local und findet den nicht.
setz den mal in der /etc/hosts,
